Neatly and safely packed, a bit confusing instructions/schematic, but pretty obvious once started. Solid tubular components.

The size is great, it fits all 57 bath products I have. Theres been no signs of rust and it was super easy to install. Its not flimsy, and looks great. I love the extra holders on the side.
