Worked very well. Easy to assemble and excellent instructions to adjust pole to exact height needed, specifying which components to use to achieve this. (You will need a metal tape measure.). Love having 4 shelves!

This item was so easy to set up, seems durable, and I love that the shelves are adjustable even after you've put up the main pole. I emailed customer support to ask if I could get (with payment) one more sticky pad to secure the rack to the wall (because my bath tub isn't quite flat in the corner), and it was about the best customer service I've received in a long time. They replied promptly, sent me the part for free (I paid shipping), and emailed again once I had received it to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely purchase from this company again in the future.
This is the real deal. Nothing flimsy or unstable here. Works perfectly for family shower.
